A note from our *plant obsessed* Co-founder:
Spring is finally here.
I don’t know about you, but this winter absolutely drained me. Living through the cold, grey New England months left me feeling more than a bit depleted (okay, completely exhausted).
Luckily, my plants stepped in to inject some life and good vibes into those seemingly endless winter days. If you've spent even a few minutes around me, you probably know that aside from building our awesome WeGym community, my heart belongs to my plants, animals, and anything that sparks creativity.
With my ADHD brain constantly shifting from hobby to hobby, plants somehow managed to firmly root themselves in my daily life (pun absolutely intended).
Over the past two years, I've poured countless hours (and even more dollars) into cultivating a rare plant collection that now includes over 150 unique plants. Sure, I've accidentally killed more than my fair share along the way (RIP), but I've learned some valuable tricks about keeping plants happy and healthy — and finally demystified the art of home plant care.
At WeGym, we're all about living a healthy life — one where joy and passion are daily essentials. For me, plants have become a core part of my overall wellness routine, helping me breathe easier and reduce stress. The research backs me up, too!
That’s why I’m incredibly excited to announce my new plant care video series coming soon to the WeGym Studio mobile app! Think of it as my cozy corner of the platform where I'll guide you through everything from basic watering and repotting to rescuing that sad-looking plant hanging on by a leaf.
My goal? To demystify houseplants so you can care for your green friends with joy, confidence, and a healthy dose of curiosity.
