Limited Warranty

We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues with your product within this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost to you.

We do not offer warranty or support for WeGym products not purchased from our official website: www.wegymfit.com 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Accidental damage or environmental factors

For our electronic products, warranty is void if a customer attempts to alter the firmware or software of a device, opens the body of the device in an attempt to fix, disassemble, or manipulate the device in a way that is not considered as normal usage. 

Making a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@wegymfitness.zendesk.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Proof of purchase is required to process your claim.

Beyond 30 Days

While we stand behind the quality of our products, this warranty is strictly limited to the first 30 days after purchase. Claims made after this period will be assessed on a case by case basis. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team, we are always happy to assist with troubleshooting and guidance on product care.
