1. What countries do you ship to?
- USA
2. Do you ship to P.O Box address?
- P. O Box address is not available, please use a physical address (home or work address) when you place an order.
3. Where do I find my tracking number?
- Your tracking number will be sent via email with the subject line "Your order has been shipped". If you cannot find it just send us an email and we are here to help: service@wegymfit.com.
4. What should I do if I did not receive my product?
- Contact the shipping carrier and our support at service@wegymfit.com with your order number.
- If the package had been signed but actually you still did not receive the product, we will ship another new one to you after we check the express details. Please contact us immediately if you got any shipping question.
5. Can I change my shipping destination after placing an order?
- No, unfortunately, we cannot change shipping addresses once you have placed your order. Please confirm your information before you make an order.
