1. My Order Has Not Arrived

- Contact the shipping carrier (Track Your Order) and our support at service@wegymfit.com with your order number. - If the package had been signed but actually you still did not receive the product, we will ship another new one to you after we check the express details. Please contact us immediately if you got any shipping question.

2. How Do I Return A Damaged or Defective Item?

- Please take photos for the damages and contact our customer service center (service@wegymfit.com), we will offer you corresponding return address depending on your location.

3. Order is Missing Items or Part

- If items or parts are missing and not being shipped in multiple shipments, you may request a replacement or refund through service@wegymfit.com.

4. Receive Incorrect Item

- If the item you received is not the item shown on your order in Your Account, you can return it for a refund or replacement. Please take photos for the package which can show the details of the shipping label and SKU clearly and mail to service@wegymfit.com.

5. No Longer Want the Item Ordered

- Item not shipped. Please contact customer support to cancel your order before it is shipped out. Your order will be sent our within 24 working hours normally. (Weekend and holidays are not included.)

- Item shipped. Please make sure your item is still within the Return Policy and contact service@wegymfit.com.

- Item on the way. Please sign for the package and keep the package unpacked and in original status, then mail us at service@wegymfit.com.

6. Change Order Information

- The order can only be changed before delivery (24 hours handling time normally), in this case you could contact our customer service center to change it. Once your order status has changed to "Fulfilled", your order might be already sent out, then please don't refuse the delivery, just receive it and contact us at service@wegymfit.com.

 If you intend to return to package and do not need it any more, you'd better don't unpack it and contact us directly.

7. Where We Ship and Delivery Times?

- We ship products to HK, USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden. Please refer more information at our shipping policy page.

8. About The Coupon Code

- Please note every coupon code has a validity time, the coupon code will lose its utility if the coupon code is over the validity time when you purchase.

- Please note there's no refund of the discount value if you didn't use the coupon code when placing the order. So please carefully check the coupon code on our website homepage and product description page before purchasing.
