1. My Order Has Not Arrived
- If your order has not arrived after 8 business days, contact the shipping carrier (Track Your Order) and our support team at support@wegymfitness.zendesk.com with your order number. - If the package had been signed but actually you still did not receive the product, we will ship another new one to you after we check the express details. Please contact us
2. How Do I Return A Damaged or Defective Item?
- Please take photos of the damages and contact our team at support@wegymfitness.zendesk.com, we will assess the return address depending on your location.
3. Order is Missing Items or Part
- If items or parts are missing and not being shipped in multiple shipments, you may request a replacement or refund through support@wegymfitness.zendesk.com.
4. Receive Incorrect Item
- If the item you received is not the item shown on your order in Your Account, you can return it for a refund or replacement. Please take photos for the package which can show the details of the shipping label and SKU clearly and mail to support@wegymfitness.zendesk.com.
5. No Longer Want the Item Ordered
- Item not shipped. Please contact customer support to cancel your order before it is shipped out. Your order will be sent our within 24 working hours normally. (Weekend and holidays are not included.)
- Item shipped. Please make sure your item is still within the Return Policy and contact support@wegymfitness.zendesk.com.
- Item on the way. Please sign for the package and keep the package unpacked and in original status, then mail us at support@wegymfitness.zendesk.com.
6. Change Order Information
- The order can only be changed before fulfillment, generally before 8AM the next morning. Please contact our customer service center immediately, we may be able to change it. Once your order status has changed to "Fulfilled", your order might be already sent out. When the packages are delivered, please do not refuse delivery, just accept it and contact us at support@wegymfitness.zendesk.com , we can initiate a return and replacement as needed!
7. Where Do We Ship To?
