Returns
Returns are only accepted for products purchased from WeGym website. If you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days of delivery. If the return is not due to damage during shipping or potential quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping.We reserve the right to refuse delivery or charge additional fees for damaged or lost returns, used products, or missing parts.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
* Sealed Products in original packaging have an $3 Restocking Fee.
* Opened Products have a $5 Open Box Fee.
Refunds

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please kindly note that the return processing time is generally about one week. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
