This exercise mat seems well-made. I use it for back and hip exercises. The non-slip surface is helpful. I've only used it a couple of times, but it appears durable.

This has been a great yoga mat. works great on carpet or hardwood floors. Anti-slip barefoot or in socks. Easy to roll up and store until next use. Love it.

Such a nice yoga mat. I needed something for stretching that was comfortable and sturdy. This is so pretty that I almost don’t want to sweat 😅 on it. Lol It’s a lot better than any mat I’ve ever owned in the past. I think it’s a bit pricey, but the quality is definitely great, heavy and cushy. It’s also quite soft and comfortable.
